Batman and Wonder Woman are two of the founding members of the Justice League, beside Superman and a few other heroes who have become their friends and allies. Despite Batman discovering ways to defeat Diana, should she ever become a village without her consent on the matter, he does trust her as an ally. Who use their skills and strength to protect those who can't protect themselves. There have been occasions where Batman trusts Wonder Woman with plans and discoveries that Superman wouldn't approve of, even though those said occasions have Diana advising the Dark Knight to share what he knows and to come clean with the rest of the League.

Because the series is more focused on the young generation of heroes than the experience adult heroes within the Justice League, moments between Batman and Wonder Woman are limited.
When Batman left the Justice League and then helped to fund the Outsiders, in order to fight their enemies on the same grounds, he lets Diana know of their plans. Despite knowing that Superman or the rest of the League wouldn't approve of their methods, and tries to convince Bruce to either come clean themselves or to stop what he is doing. Knowing that she'll have to reveal her role once the Outsiders were ready to present their findings to the League, but Bruce had that covered. Diana being a princess also made her a diplomat and can use that to get out of testifying. Despite not agreeing with what Bruce was doing, she continued to lend the Outsiders her support and share any knowledge that the League may have for their mission.

The two first meet in Batman vs. Superman during a gala party they were attending. Bruce saw a beautiful woman in crowd and after she noticed him looking at her, Diana moved from sight while Bruce tried to follow her.
Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen[]
Diana saves Bruce and his new friend, Weiss Schnee from Grim when she, Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long arrive in Atlas, to gather the rest of Team RWBY and to find their still missing Leaguer. She was happy to see him since the Justice League woke up in Remnant as teenagers, while having no memory of how they got there. The powers and wings Bruce gained from the virtual Remnant they all became trapped in had got him to make the decide to start anew in the real Remnant, where he'll be able to keep them instead of losing them upon his return to Earth. Diana couldn't understand why he would want to as she reminds him that their world isn't his home. This got Bruce to confuse that he had felt left out from not having any powers like she and the others do and now that he has some, he wants to keep using them for good like she does. As Diana places her hand on his check, she tells Bruce that he has had a lot of good without powers in the past and doesn't need them to help him feel more like an equal.

WonderBat is one of the more common ships in the DC Comics fandom, but is one of the most popular ships in the DCAU fandom. This is due to Diana and Bruce being explicitly interested into each other during the Justice League series.
WonderBat is one of the main rival ships of SuperWonder. Though some WonderBat moments in DC medias are of Diana using Batman as a means to make Superman jealous, in order to gain his attention. Despite this fact, it hasn't stopped fans from supporting the ship. Since moments between the two in DCAU is one of the many DC related sources that inspire fans to ship them together.
On AO3, WonderBat is the second most written ship for Diana, and the sixth most written romantic ship for Bruce. As well as Bruce's second most written het ship. It is also the second most written ship for the DC Animated Universe tag.
