WonderPoison is the femslash ship between Diana of Themyscira and Isabel Maru from the DC Extended Universe fandom.

As Diana fights Ares, he throws Dr. Maru out of the car and at Diana's feet. Diana looks at her enraged as Maru looks at her in fear. Diana then grabs a nearby tank and hold it over her head, ready to crush Maru, as Maru tries to run away but is too injured. Ares tells Diana to destroy her, and Diana is about to when she remembers Steve's last words to her. She says that Ares is wrong, and Maru runs away as Diana puts down the tank.

WonderPoison is a rarepair in the overall DCEU fandom, but has a decent following for fans specifically of the Wonder Woman movies. The ship being smaller is mostly due to Maru only appearing in one movie. As well as this version of Dr. Poison not being from the comics. They also don't have many interactions, which makes it harder to ship. As well as the added fact that many came out shipping Wondertrev, making it hard for them to see other possible ships in the film.

Shippers of the two see them as an "Enemies to Lovers" style of ship. With many depicting it as Maru getting redeemed after the events of the film, with Diana's help. Especially given how Maru is visibly disfigured, many thought her getting a redemption was better than her just disappearing after the events, rather than playing into the "Disability=Evil" trope that the film fell into.

Some would also prefer that Maru was the main antagonist of the film. Having her take the place of Ludendorff during his dance with Diana. Playing more into the idea of them being enemies.

On AO3, WonderPoison is the most written ship for Maru. As well as the fourth most written femslash ship for Diana. It is also the sixth most written ship in the Wonder Woman (Movies - Jenkins) tag. There are currently 60+ written works.
