YaeKira is the femslash ship between Yae Miko and Kirara from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Kirara admires Yae Miko and looks up to her, even thinking of her as "the greatest and coolest yōkai". Yae Miko acts as her mentor to help her adjust to a human lifestyle as she wishes. She is the one who suggested Kirara works at Komaniya Express, which has made Kirara well-known for being an excellent courier. Nevertheless, Kirara is still often the victim of Yae Miko's playful teasing.
In-game, the two differ significantly. Kirara is a 4-star dendro sword character, and Yae Miko is a 5-star electro catalyst character. However, both their elemental skills are useful for travelling.

Voicelines & Character Stories[]
Kirara's 2nd character story mentions that she used to be very interested in human society, to the point where she would climb on the roofs of houses solely out of curiousity. She once even climed onto the rooftop of Tenshukaku, resulting in the Tenryou Commission lecturing her and setting rules for her. Yae Miko then taught her "how to be a good yōkai in human society". Yae Miko also shares all her interesting experiences with Kirara. Hearing how interested Kirara is in living in Inazuma City, Yae Miko recommended to her to get an occupation at Komaniya Express.
In Yae Miko's voiceline about Kirara, she says more yōkai have expressed an interest in the human world lately. When asked what she thinks about the situation, she replies she would tell them to "live for the moment". She then asks how she could ever dislike a yōkai who would willingly treat her to dinner and pay for the meal, referring to Kirara.
In Kirara's voiceline about Yae Miko, she says Yae Miko is a widely renowned kitsune yōkai in Inazuma, and she therefore approaches her with reverence. Yae Miko came to meet her in person before, which surprised Kirara because she did not expect her to be so friendly. She then says she taught her many useful things about surviving in human society, such as proper human etiquette and ways to approach people. Yae Miko also taught her different fried tofu recipes, supposedly so she could enjoy them herself.

YaeKira is not as popular as Yae Miko and Kirara's other ships (EiMiko, Kirarou), and can be considered a rarepair. Additonally, some fans speculate Kirara is a teenager due to her somewhat young appearance, compared to Yae Miko's older appearance. Most fanfics about the two include Yae Miko teasing Kirara, something about the two fans find cute. In fanart, they are often drawn together in their yōkai forms. Currently, there are 5 works of the ship on AO3.
