Yandere Mom is the family ship between Ayano Aishi and Ryoba Aishi from the Yandere Simulator fandom.

Canon

When Ayano was a child, Ryoba taught Ayano how to clean up blood. This would be useful for her later, as Ayano would grow up to be a serial killer, and Ryoba knew that as she was also a serial killer while growing up. Ryoba also taught Ayano about her condition, as the doctors couldn't. Ayano, Ryoba, and the rest of the Aishi blood have a condition which renders their emotions; the only temporary cure to this is for the Aishi of choice to find the love of their life; the love of their life is usually a senpai. But, there are also obstacles such as other girls who are in love with the Aishi of choice's senpai. The Aishi is forced to eliminate every obstacle to get to their Senpai, no matter what cost; this is the importance of the formerly mentioned thing Ryoba taught Ayano.

When Ryoba was about as young as Ayano is now, she had the same problem Ayano did. She had found her senpai, yes, but her senpai had other fangirls. Ryoba was forced to kill, abduct, and sabatoge each rival in different ways. In the end, she was prosecuted for the first girl she killed, Sumire Saitozaki. Depending on how many innocent and guilty points the player has, the player will be ranked least to greatest, F being the least rank and S+ being the greatest rank; if Ryoba aquires the F rank, she will be sent to jail. If Ryoba aquires the S+ rank, she will unlock a special cutscene for the player. 202X mode features the main character, Ayano; 202X mode only features one full rival, it does feature the second rival, but she is unfinished. Because of this, one cannot determine what the ending will be like, though many assume it will be similar to the Court Room ending.

Ryoba did do plenty damage to Ayano and her reputation, as now it is harder for her to live. With a mother who almost went to jail for murder, many people's suspicion is high for Ayano. The Headmaster now carries a handgun due to Ayano's mother, he also is hated and feared more than in 1980s mode, this may just be because the students are more rude than they would be in 1980s mode though. Yet, even with this, Ayano's reputation stands at normal by default, it is up to the player to fix the reputation, or not. It should also be noted, in 202X mode, the headmaster had made some kind of deal with someone, he is heard talking on the phone and saying something like "The deal is off." this is probably to the founder of Akademi Saisho Saikou, or Ichirou Saikou; it is unknown what the deal was, but it obviously has something to do Ayano or Ryoba.

Fanon

Yandere Mom is fairly popular within the fandom; sometimes the ship even includes Jokichi Yudasei, Ayano's father. The ship started a little after the video full of interactions with Ayano and Ryoba made by Yandere Developer, Michaela Laws, and others was posted. There were several other instances where Ryoba and Ayano interacted even after that, as said formerly, it was Ryoba who taught Ayano about her condition. Some Yandere Simulator fans consider Yandere Mom toxic when it includes Jokichi, as Jokichi was forced to bare a family with Ryoba. This is most of the time ignored by Yandere Mom fans along with RyoIchi fans.
