Yelucfer is the Poly ship between Yelan, Diluc Ragnvindr, and Nefer from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Both Yelan and Diluc are Nefer's informants in Northern Intelligence Network from their respective nations. Curatorium of Secrets is often used as a front of larger Northen Intelligence Network, which Nefer is the current head of. All three are acquainted with each-other and said to have worked between one another, despite never have appeared all together in game. While Yelan and Diluc may have partnered up on occasion at a distance, Nefer is known to have been more closely acquainted with them individually. Diluc is known to have a high rank and being part of upper echelons of the underground intelligence network.[1]
Yelan and Nefer are implied to have collaborated for a long time. Yelan pays Nefer very generously as to not let her gain too much influence in Liyue, for that Nefer considers Yelan her most valuable client.
Diluc was marked as Nefer's mystery informant in Version 6.1 Livestream besides Yelan and other different lines of connections. Nefer is used to referring to Diluc by his code name “Owl.” She is protective over his privacy and remarks working with him to be a pleasure.
Both Yelan and Diluc are avid haters of the Fatui. They have collaborated to fend off monsters during leyline disturbances.

Even before Nefer's official introduction, many had speculated of Yelan and Diluc being a part of the same Intelligence Network, due to similarity in their undercover jobs and both having grudges with the Fatui.
With announcement of Nefer, the name of her Nod-Krai faction “Curatorium of Secrets” has raised suspicion of possibly pertaining to Northern Intelligence Network due to it’s implied dealings with protected information, which was later confirmed to be true by Nefer officially stepping in as its new leader. This led to increasing rise of the trio’s popularity.
All three have gone through hardships and major losses that are interpreted to bond them together. They are implied to have shared philosophy on those topics, with some words said by individual characters seen echoing each others sentiments towards their lives in Quests, Character Stories, or Voice-Overs:

The trio are more commonly viewed platonically or featuring a duo inside trio with ships like Nefluc, Yefer or Yeluc. Some fans prefer Yelan and Nefer as the main couple and Diluc as more of a third wheel in support of their relationship.
