The web comic has had a few chapters of Babs and the BatKids hanging out at the manor, for the none vigilante side of their Batfamily lives. As they make time for special events, like birthdays and game tournaments they keep secret from Bruce. When Duke Thomas moved into the manor, they made him part of these occasions.
When Dick came across a huge sale for Justice League memorabilia, he buys a piece of clothing and items that are of everyone's favourite heroes. Dick's is a Superman hoodie, Jason gets Woman Woman themed sweatpants, Babs was given a Black Canary t-shirt and Steph is seen drinking from her new Green Arrow cup. Even Duke was given a pair of Flash sneakers, but the 6th chapter didn't show what Dick had got for Tim, Cass or Damian.
During Christmas each one of them were doing their part of being heroes, without masks and were helping other members of the Batfamily to do so. Dick was helping out at a homeless shelter with Kate, the Batgirls were helping people at the park, Jason and Tim were assisting Luke Fox at the youth centre and Damian was having help from Duke to find homes for dogs. When Babs, Duke and the BatKids returned home from spreading Christmas cheer, they get welcoming group hug from Bruce. Who was pleased with their good deeds and got him into the holiday mood as well.
As for one of their secret game events in chapter 22, it is their annual challenge of champions, that Babs serves as the ref of as four of the BatKids challenge one another to a video game, while the unlucky two members of their group are tasked to keep Bruce and Alfred distracted. As for the loser of the tournament they would be forced to wear a ridiculous outfit, that they would have to wear for a whole month or week, depending on what Babs has decided on the steaks. While the others would take pictures and group photos of the loser, to remember their brother or sister's embarrassing moment. Babs shows one of those photos before starting the tournament, as they look back and wish last year's loser luck. Dick used to take part of their secret annual tournament, but because he is impossible to embarrass, as he couldn't see why his first Nightwing outfit was being used as a punishment than a prize.

Barbara has commonly been drawn or written beside the BatKids, due to the bonds she has formed with them. Which got some people to view her as their honorary sister, like Steph has been featured to be. With her being the former Robin who isn't a ward of Bruce Wayne and had dated Tim until they broke up. Just as Dick and Babs have been off-on a few times.
After the 2022 Gotham Knights game revealed that it would focus on Dick, Barbara, Jason and Tim, some people began to hope that the game would become successful so they'll can get DLCs of added in playable characters. That way they could have a chance to play or at least have the four main Knights meet up with Steph, Cass and Damian within the GK world. As well as adding in other young Batfamily members, like Duke Thomas who has also been considered as a young bat. From the way he was featured with the BatKids in the Batman: Wayne Family Adventures web comic.
