ZenKana is the het ship between Kanao Tsuyuri and Zenitsu Agatsuma from the Demon Slayer fandom.
Canon[]
Zenitsu and Kanao met for the first time at final selection, but did not interact at all while there. They didn't interact at their second meeting either, which took place on Mount Natagumo. Zenitsu was wrapped up after his injuries from his battle with the spider brother demon, and saw Kanao walking around to help other injured slayers. He recognized her as another participant in his final selection.
The two have their first actual interaction during the rehabilitation arc. During his, Tanjiro, and Inosukes training, Zenitsu took part in a cup game with Kanao, which she beat him at numerous times, throwing medicine in his face while doing so. While never shown directly, due to how frequently Zenitsu, Tanjiro, and Inosuke visited the butterfly estate, they likely interacted more times outside of this arc. However, we do not see the two do so until the Infinity Fortress and Sunrise countdown arcs.
During the Infinity Fortress arc, Kanao has a flashback in which she reflects on being able to get along with her comrades. Zenitsu is shown next to Kanao, blushing at her in this flashback, likely showing they were friends or at the very least, hung out in the same friend group. Later on in the same arc, Kanao runs into Zenitsu, and they go on to fight together in the Sunrise Countdown arc.
While not shown on screen, in Tanjiros status report, he says they (Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke, and Zenitsu) get checked up once a month at the Butterfly estate, and that Kanao is their doctor. This implies their relationship continued at least in a professional sense.

ZenKana is a rare pair within the Demon Slayer fandom. This ship is often overshadowed by the canon pairings the two are in, that being TanKana and ZenNezu. Other rivals for this ship are ZenTan, InoZen, KanaAoi and NezuKana, which are popular ships.
Fans of the ship often discuss how Zenitsu and Kanao have similar backstories being orphaned, abused, and neglected but they had opposite responses to said trauma. Zenitsu being open and loud with his emotions in hope of someone paying him attention and loving him unconditionally. While Kanao, buried her emotions to the point of it being debilitating. If they spoke they would’ve contrasted each other, and possibly helped each other develop, maybe even heal together. Zenitsu would help Kanao to understand and express her emotions and Kanao could’ve helped him be more active instead of lazily expecting love because he’s scared of putting forth the effort in fear of rejection. This ship also has many dislikes, it’s mainly the people that don’t think Zenitsu deserves anyone or that Kanao is “too good” for him.
ZenKana is mainly shipped along TanAo, which is also a rarepair in the fandom. It is also sometimes shipped beside InoNezu.
