Zuki is the het ship between Zuko and Suki from the Avatar: The Last Airbender fandom.
Canon[]
Zuko and Suki first encountered each other when the former attacked Kyoshi Island. He had learned that Aang was there and lit most buildings on fire while attempting to find him. The two would not meet again until much later at the Boiling Rock. Zuko was helping Sokka find his father Hakoda but they found Suki instead. Sokka introduced them to each other and Suki reminded Zuko that they had met before when he burned down her village. Zuko awkwardly apologized for his previous actions and stated that it was nice to see her again.
Over a year after the war ended, Suki and the other Kyoshi Warriors were stationed to protect Zuko following some assassination attempts. Zuko had secretly visited his father in prison and this caused his girlfriend Mai to break up with him since he would not tell her his secrets. Suki became very concerned for Zuko's well-being and attempted to console him. Zuko tried to assure Suki that he was alright.
Suki also protected Zuko from Azula after he had her released from her mental health institution. When Aang and Sokka attacked Azula in opposition to seeing her free, Suki intervened and pleaded with them to trust Zuko's decision. She was supportive of Zuko when he left to search for his mother Ursa. As Zuko was returning home with his mother and her new family, the New Ozai Society threatened to attack them. Suki and the other Kyoshi Warriors escorted him and his family and protected them from an ambush.

Fanon[]
Zuki was not initially a popular ship but became more popular after the release of the Promise trilogy. There seemed to be more trust and care between the two and Mai broke up with Zuko again. Since it was known that Zuko eventually had a daughter and it was never revealed if Sokka married or had children, many fans speculated that Zuko could have eventually ended up with Suki, especially after Zuko's break up with Mai. Zuki most commonly rivals the Maiko and Sukka ships.
